Changing the password consists of two steps:
- Verifying your e-mail address
- Changing your password.
You can change the password when you log in to ‘Open Road’ or https://my.bikethe.world. You click ‘Forgot your password?’ to start the process:
Type in your e-mail address and click send ‘verification code’
You will receive an e-mail in your inbox with a verification code. Copy the verification code from the e-mail you have received:
Paste the verification code into the input box below and click ‘Verify code’.
When your e-mail address has been verified, you can click continue to move to the next step where you can change the password.
Now you type in the password you want twice and click ‘continue’:
With the password changed, you can log in with the new password on ‘Open Road’ or ‘https://my.bikethe.world’.
