We have spinning rooms in three locations. Will I need three studio memberships to cover that? Yes, each membership covers one room by multiple instructors. You can sign up for multiple memberships on check-out.
What is the catch? Is it really free to become a pre-release member? There is no catch. And yes, it is really free to join our pre-release program.
What is a pre-release? The pre-release is not the final product. There are still features to be implemented. We release it now to get feedback on current and future software features.
I work as an instructor at multiple studios. Do I need a membership for each studio? No, your instructor membership covers one instructor in multiple locations and rooms.
Do I have to provide feedback to become a pre-release member? No, but by providing feedback you help yourself and other fellow cyclists by making sure we are developing the ‘right’ training software. Software that will help and motivate many athletes and cyclists with their training.
What happens when the official release is ready? All pre-release members are offered a substantial discount for being part of our pre-release program. A discount which will not be available to the general public.

Is the 14-day trial risk-free? Yes, there is no catch. You ride for free, and you do not need to enter any payment method before you decide to activate your membership.
Can I change the type of membership during the trial? Yes, all you have to do is to go to https://my.bikethe.world and click manage membership. Now you click on your current membership and pick ‘Edit Membership’. Now you can pick the type of membership you want.

Is it difficult to cancel? No, we have made it very easy to cancel. All you have to do is to go to https://my.bikethe.world and click manage membership. Now you click on your current membership and cancel the membership.
If I cancel my membership will I still be able to access my training data? Yes, if you cancel your membership you still have access to your training data. But you cannot train with an inactive membership.
*What does the membership fee include? The fee includes all expenses for the period you chose. Some countries require that we collect VAT on their behalf. For members in those countries, we are obligated to add local VAT to the membership fee.
