If you get a message that ‘the C++ 2013 redistributable cannot be installed’ even though it is installed, then you are probably running Windows 10/11 N. The ‘N’ stands for ‘Not with Media Player’. Open Road cannot run without features from this player. 

To make Open Road work with Windows 10/11 N, you will need to install the Windows Media Feature Pack. Once installed you will need to turn the Windows Media Player on.
