If your trainer is not simulating the slope of the road in accordance with the slope you can read on Open Road’s training display, then there is something wrong. Our experience is that there can be three reasons for this experience:

• You have a bike computer that has taken over control of the trainer

• Your ANT+ stick is not sending the signal properly

• There is a bug in your trainer’s firmware, or your trainer has a defect
