If you start a ride and ‘Fetching ride’ does not go away, it can be an issue between your computer and your external hard drive.

Do the following to fix the problem:

1. Close down your PC

2. Make sure your external drive is connected

3. Turn on your PC

4. Start Open Road

5a. Go to ‘My rides’ and pick the ride you want to do.

5b. If the ride does not show up, go to General Settings:

1. 1. Point the external drive to the location of the Open Road files
   2. Save the location and make sure that using the external folder has been turned on
   3. Save your changes and follow 5a
